LibreCodex exists to fix that. We take public domain texts from trusted sources like Standard Ebooks and Project Gutenberg, verify their copyright status, and present them in a reader built for long-form reading: clean typography, adjustable text, light and dark modes, and multiple translations where they exist — switchable mid-chapter.
